1 medium daikon, julienned to match sticks or grated in a food processor
Mix all ingredients together. Don't refrigerate.
Poster's Notes:
From time to time, I mix Daikon with green Uzbeki radish and add (if I have any) a grated peeled carrot.
I make the same salad with the big Israeli radishes, and decorate with sliced small radishes, and chives.

1 carrot, peeled and grated.
5 to 6 tbsp. virgin olive oil

The recipe is very simple, and can be used for the black Russian radish, or the green Uzbeki radish, too. All of them, including daikon are available in Israel!
