Cucumber and Mint Salad I (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 2

1 cucumber
Bunch fresh mint
3 cups of light liquid cream
1 natural yogurt
Salt
Pepper to taste
1 crushed garlic clove (optional)

Slice the cucumber in almost translucent pieces.

Mix all the ingredients.

Let them cool in the fridge for about half an hour (covered with a plastic wrap). Serve with barbecued food, fish, falafels.
