Cole Slaw, Asian Red Cabbage (P, TNT)

Salad:
1 bag red cabbage, shredded
3 scallions, sliced or chopped
Sesame seeds, toasted
Sliced almonds, toasted

Dressing:
1/2 tbsp. sugar or substitute
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. salt

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in 350° oven. They can be frozen until use. Prepare dressing in advance.

Directly before serving, shred scallions, toss with red cabbage, sprinkle on sesame seeds and almonds to taste, pour dressing on and mix.
