Cole Slaw, Everlasting (P, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

1 bag shredded cole slaw mix
1 cup vinegar
1 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon celery seed (optional)

Bring to a boil the vinegar, oil, and sugar and simmer for three minutes, let return to room temperature.

Pour this over the shredded slaw and add celery seed. Refrigerate in a tightly closed container. Best prepared a day ahead of serving.

Poster's Notes:
I especially like to make this and keep it in the refrigerator, always ready as it keeps forever. It is so good that it doesn't last very long!
