Cole Slaw, Claremont (P, KLP, TNT)

1 medium cabbage
2 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 green pepper, diced
3 carrots, circled thin
1 large red onion, sliced

1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients and chill.

Poster's Notes:
This can be kept for weeks.

I also substitute Splenda instead of sugar. It doesn't keep as long, but it still tastes yummy.
