1 head cabbage, shredded
Dressing:
Mix dressing ingredients with a fork until smooth. Add to remaining ingredients.
Poster's Notes:
This cole slaw is not as sweet as some. If you must have it sweeter, add a small amount of non-caloric sweetener to the dressing, or add sugar if you can.
For the mixed herbs you can use a salad mix or your own combo.

1 package carrots, grated
1 green pepper, diced small and thin
Tangerine or Clementine sections
2 to 4 heaping tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 cup orange juice, or more to taste
A few drops lemon juice
Mixed herbs
Salt, to taste
White pepper, to taste
Amounts are not fixed. Feel free to vary any way you please. The only essential ingredients are the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise and orange juice.
