Cole Slaw II (P, TNT)

Serves: 8

1 head cabbage, sliced thinly (or ready sliced)
1 bunch cilantro, leaves only
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper

Whirl all ingredients except for the cabbage in a food processor using the steel blade, until the cilantro leaves are chopped. Mix into the cabbage, and keep mixing until all the cabbage is coated. The cabbage will lose volume and not stay crisp like regular slaw. Refrigerate for a few hours, mixing occasionally.

Keeps well for a few days, but it won't last that long!
