10 ml. cider vinegar
10 ml. tarragon vinegar
30 ml. light cream
1 tbsp. dill, chopped
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
100 gr. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. of dill seeds
1-2 pinches of salt
1-2 pinches of sugar, if you like
Mix all the ingredients together. Chill for 2 hours or more.
This cole slaw is delicious with smoked salmon.
