Carrot-Raisin Salad IV (D, KLP, TNT)

2 cups carrots, grated
1/2 cup raisins
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
7 lettuce leaves, optional
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained and unsweetened

Combine carrots, pineapple, and raisins; mix well.

Chill for 2-3 hours, stir in yogurt, and serve on a lettuce leaf if desired.
