Carrot-Raisin Salad III (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 24

8 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
2 ribs of celery, diced
1-1/2 pounds of carrots, grated
1/2 cup coconut
1/2-3/4 cup dark raisins
dash or 2 of cinnamon
mayonnaise, just enough to hold the mixture together

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Serve chilled.
