1 head cabbage, shredded
Lightly brown the almonds and the sesame seeds (do not let them get dark).
Combine the oil, vinegar, and sugar and pour over the shredded cabbage.
Season to taste. Add the sesame seeds and crushed almonds.
Let sit for a little while to absorb the flavors. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
