1 bag broccoli slaw
Mix together broccoli and red cabbage. Prepare the dressing mixing until the three remaining ingredients are blended.
Right before serving, break up one container of instant chicken soup throw in a handful of the thin chow mein noodles, pour on the dressing and mix. You can also add some toasted almonds.
Poster's Notes:
I used sucralose sugar substitute instead of the sugar.
I didn't bother with the almonds.
For the container of chicken soup, use the styrofoam cup in the blue carton. For breaking it up, it is easier said than done, next time I may put the whole thing into a zip lock bag and pound with my meat tenderizer.

1 styrofoam container of instant chicken soup

I made a broccoli slaw recipe for Shavout that I got from a friend recently. It's a little different, than the usual salads I make and was a big hit with our guests.
