Broccoli Salad, Nutty (P, TNT)
Source: "The New Myrna Rosen Cookbook"
Serves: 4-6

500g/1 lb. fresh broccoli, broken into florets
1 onion, diced
250g/1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely diced
1 jar stuffed green olives; about 5 oz.
125g/1/4 lb. salted almonds or cashews (or nuts of your own choice)
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix all together minus last 2 ingredients.

Then combine those two and pour gently over salad. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, before serving.

Poster's Notes: Raya Tarab, Z'L posted: I often use fresh garlic. Well, you can certainly add TNT to this one. It was devoured to the last drop and even the kids loved it!
