1 bunch broccoli, flowers and peeled stems
Chop vegetables. Mix with remaining ingredients. (If not serving immediately, add seeds when serving)
It will keep in the refrigerator for three or four days!

Cider vinegar is a must, it is not the same with any other.

1 cup raisins (optional but very good)
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 yellow or red pepper, chopped
3/4 cup sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1 small tin mandarin oranges, chopped
1/2 cup any creamy salad dressing
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
You can substitute cauliflower for broccoli, and any color onion or pepper, and fresh oranges instead of canned.
