Broccoli Salad, Health I (P, TNT)

Serves: About 8

2 bunches broccoli (florets only)
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup diced red onion

3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 cup low fat mayo
1/4 cup white sugar

Combine dressing ingredients. Mix salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad.

Can be prepared a day in advance.

Here's a TNT recipe I just made this past weekend for an wedding entertainment. It's delicious, colourful and even the broccoli 'Mikies' loved it!
