1 bag broccoli slaw mix
Dressing:
Toss vegetables together, add dressing and mix well. Add sesame seeds. Almonds and/or sunflower seeds can be added. Tastes best the next day and keeps well for a week.

1 cup onions, chopped or green onions or scallions
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 package Ramen oriental flavor noodles, uncooked, broken up
Sesame seeds
Almonds (optional)
Sunflower seeds (optional)
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
seasoning packet from noodles
For Passover, omit the Ramen noodles and add herb seasoning instead of packet's seasoning.
