1 16-oz. package frozen broccoli florets
Steam or microwave broccoli until tender-crisp. Drain and chop into bite sized pieces.
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, then add to broccoli and stir to coat all pieces. Add mango and nuts stir lightly to combine. Chill. Enjoy.

1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. rice or other mild vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup chopped mango (can use dried) or other fruit you like (mandarin oranges are good)
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans or cashews (use what you like)
I've had this at a friend's house. It is really fabulous. I especially like the flexibility. And it is really great for Shabbat lunch.
