1 10-oz. package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained, OR 1 cup cooked fresh broccoli, chopped
Chop the broccoli, onion, apples, and strawberries and mix together in a large bowl. Toss with the vinegar, add the oil and toss again. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 small apples, OR 1 large apple (Granny Smith, Mac, Spartan, Jonathan, etc.), unpeeled, but washed, cored and cut up
4 to 5 medium strawberries, washed, cored and sliced
2 tbsp. flavoured vinegar such as apple cider, or raspberry
2 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
This doubles or triples easily. However, when doubling, tripling, etc., I recommend NOT to double the oil/vinegar. Increase the amount, but taste to see if it needs more. When I've doubled/tripled it according to the recipe, it comes out too vinegary for my taste.
