Beet-Apple Salad, Raw (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: The nuns who catered for a yoga conference my mom went to at least 20 years ago.
Serves: 4-6 as a side dish

1 RAW Beet
1 similar sized apple (whatever type you like)

Grate beet finely and apple roughly or finely (doesn't matter). Mix. Eat.

Poster's Notes:
For those who have never tried raw beets, be daring and try this. You'll be suprised how refreshing a taste this salad has.
