Avocado Salad (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4 as an appetizer

2 firm avocados, diced
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with matzo or crackers, or on lettuce leaves as an appetizer.
