Topping:
Layer in bowl. Combine topping mixture and spread on top to seal. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

10 oz. frozen peas, unthawed
3 stalks chopped celery
1 Spanish onion (sliced)
1 small can water chestnuts (sliced jicama is even better, but more work)
3 sliced hard boiled eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pint Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
Dash of liquid smoke
Easily multiplied for larger bowls.....
