Rice Pilaf, Curried (M/P, TNT)

Serves: 4

1 medium onion
4 tsp. margarine
1 tbsp. curry powder
200g (7 oz.) long-grain rice
500ml (18 fl. oz.) stock
Curry powder

Peel and finely dice the onion. Melt the margarine and fry the onion with the curry powder. Add the rice and fry until transparent.

Add the stock, bring to a boil and allow the rice to swell up. Season with salt and curry powder.
