Rice Molds (P)

Yield: As many as guests you are serving

Cooked rice, 1/3 cup per person

Press cooked rice into 1/3-cup-size greased ramekins.

Steam them in an inch of water for about 10 minutes before unmolding and serving.

Garnish each portion of rice with minced parsley after you unmold it.
