Rice Casserole, Easy (P, TNT)

Serves: 4-6

1 box of chicken-flavored "Rice-A-Roni"-type rice and vermicelli mix
1/4 cup dried minced onions
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 stick (4 oz.) margarine
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, sautéed until done
1/2 cup frozen peas

Cook rice mix according to instructions, adding onions and Worcestershire sauce to the water at the same time you add the rice.

When done, stir in the margarine, mushrooms, and peas. Eat at once or spoon into a 2-quart (2L) casserole dish, cover well and freeze. This may be reheated, covered, in the oven or microwave.

I've been making this for years, and it freezes really well.
