Sauce, Cranberry-Pineapple (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

1 16-ounce can pineapple tidbits drained, reserve juice
Orange juice, sufficient to make 1-1/2 cups liquid when added to pineapple juice
1 12-ounce package of cranberries
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 cup raisins

Put pineapple tidbits in a small bowl. Put the reserved juice in a separate bowl. Add orange juice (to make 1-1/2 cups liquid).

In a medium saucepan combine juices, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and raisins. Cook mixture until berries pop. Cool. Add pineapple. Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
