Sauce, Cranberry Orange (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: about 8 cups

1 package fresh cranberries
3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 oranges, peeled and wedged

Boil orange juice. Add cranberries and stir until their skins pop.

Remove from heat and add honey, orange rind, and lemon rind. Stir and refrigerate to chill.
