2 cups strawberries, chopped or diced
Wash berries and remove tops. Chop into small pieces. Add rest of ingredients and toss well, but gently. Chill before serving.

2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped (I add more.)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lime juice
As a topping for other sweet dishes (i.e. blintzes), you can reduce the lime juice and increase the honey if you want.
