Salsa, Picante (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: Approximately 3 cups

12 tomatoes
1 small red onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt
Small bunch fresh cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Chili peppers, about 5 or 6 depending on desired heat

Peel the tomatoes and deseed the jalapenos. Then place all the ingredients into a blender and chop until desired chunkiness.

Cook for about 1/4 to 1/2 hour until tomatoes are just barely cooked.

Poster's Notes:
My kids eat this with chips on bread and with meals.

More or less chilis can be used depending how hot you want the sauce to be.
