Salsa, Green Chile II (P, TNT)
Source: Unknown
Yield: 2 cups

1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/4 cup green chilies
6 green onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1/3 cup Bloody Mary* mix
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

*If you can't find a hechshered Bloody Mary Mix use V8 or other vegetable juice with a dash of hot pepper sauce, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce (soy if you're using this for chicken or other meat).

Combine all ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl. Chill before using, if desired.

Poster's Notes:
This savory salsa is great as a vegetable dip; you can also use it as a sauce over poultry and meats, or as an alternative to your usual salad dressing. It will keep three days in the refrigerator.
