Salsa, Artichoke (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 16

1 jar artichoke hearts, marinated
1/4 cup olives, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
3 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, snipped
Pepper, freshly ground

Drain marinade from artichokes into bowl.

Chop artichokes, black olives and red onion. Chop tomatoes. Place in the bowl.

Press garlic into bowl. Snip basil into the bowl. Mix gently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with baked pita chips.
