To this point you may serve the relish warm or cold.

2 12-oz. packages fresh cranberries
1 15-1/4 to 20-oz. can of chunk pineapples in juice
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup dark seedless raisins
1 tbsp. minced preserved ginger (or ground)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 3-oz. packages strawberry gelatin
2 3-oz. packages raspberry gelatin
4 cups hot water
2 cups cold water
Heat all relish ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until cranberries pop and mixture thickens.
Mix gelatin with hot water until dissolved and then add cold water. Pour into cranberry mixture. Mold.
If you prefer, use another flavor gelatin such as orange.
