Relish, Cranberry and Orange (P, KLP, TNT)

1 bag fresh cranberries, washed
2 apples, cored and cut in chunks
2 oranges (preferably navel), cut up with skin
1 can crushed pineapple

In batches, grind first 3 ingredients in food processor or grinder.

Add the can crushed pineapple (in its own juice). Mix well. Let sit for a few hours, then serve.

Keeps well in the refrigerator.
