2 green mangoes (non-ripe), cut into 1"x1" pieces
Pour 2 to 3 cups of water into a pan and put in medium heat. Add the pieces of mangoes, turmeric powder, molasses or sugar, and salt. Boil until the pieces of mango are cooked properly.
Fry the punch-phutana in a fry pan until it splutters and then add the curry leaves.
Mix the fried punch-phutana with the boiled mangoes and serve.
