Magbucha III (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 8 as one of several appetizer salads

6 plum tomatoes, each cut in 6 pieces lengthwise
6 long crooked Italian hot peppers cut in chunks, seeded if you cannot take the heat
4 cloves garlic, crushed
5 to 6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Heat olive oil in sauce pan, add crushed garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, peppers, salt and pepper and simmer on low flame until peppers and tomatoes almost seem to become one.

You'll first notice the peppers and tomatoes give out lots of liquid, then after a while, the liquid evaporates and it all becomes concentrated. This whole process takes about 30 minutes or so.
