2 lbs. ground turkey
Sauté onion and green pepper with garlic until tender.
While this is cooking, combine turkey with Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, eggs, bread crumbs, and parsley. Mix well.
Add the cooked onion/pepper/garlic mixture. Shape into a loaf and place in either a shallow baking pan or a loaf dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and glaze the top of the meat loaf with either the honey mustard, bbq sauce or ketchup. (I use the honey mustard) Return to the oven and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through.

1-1/2 cup pareve bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Honey mustard, bbq sauce or ketchup for glaze
DH loves this and you wouldn't know it was turkey. I was told that you can use turkey for anything you use ground beef for but beware that turkey needs more seasoning as it is more bland than beef.
