1 tablespoon flour
In 14"x20" microwave-safe oven cooking bag, add flour and shake to coat inside of bag.
Add orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, and garlic. Shake bag to mix liquid with flour. Add potatoes, carrots, and turkey thighs.
Close bag with nylon tie. Place bag in microwave-safe oblong 12"x8"x2" dish. Make six 1/2" slits at neck of bag, below tie, to allow steam to escape.
Microwave at High (100% power) for 5 minutes. Rotate dish. Reduce power to Medium-high (70% power). Microwave 30 minutes, turning bag after first 15 minutes.
Turkey is done when meat thermometer registers 180°F in thickest portion of turkey.
