Turkey Breast, Roasted w/Wine (M, KLP, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of turkey breast

3/4 lb. margarine
1 bottle white wine, something sweet is really good
Cheesecloth
Turkey breast
Seasonings to taste: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, onion powder
Cut up apples or oranges (optional)

Melt the margarine and the wine. Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, onion powder. If you like you can add cut up apples or oranges to the cavity of the breast. Cover the breast with cheesecloth. Really cover it well.

Baste the turkey breast with the margarine/wine mixture. Put into oven at 350°F and every 1/2 hour baste it again with the wine/margarine mixture. Do this until the breast is done. Its a lot of potchke but the taste is worth it.
