1 turkey breast
Prepare dry marinade as directed. Let stand several minutes to thicken. Brush onto turkey breast (bone side down).
Bake at 425° for 45 minutes (yes, that's right). Then pour can of ginger ale over turkey breast and bake at 350° for another 45 minutes. Turkey breast is very moist.
Hint: When ready to serve, after the turkey breast has cooled down, tear away the bones underneath the breast and you'll savour all of the meat without waste.
