Seasonings:
1 zucchini
1 turkey breast (the one I used was about 5 lbs.)
Blend all seasonings together in small bowl.
Cut up in 4-quart Pyrex baking dish all vegetables.
Line roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil (the wide kind) allowing enough to fold over to make a cover.
Put the veggies and the turkey breast in the pan. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the veggies and the turkey breast. Pour can of mushroom soup over the veggies and turkey. Seal the pan with the foil.
Bake 350°F for 2 hours 10 minutes.
The turkey comes out moist, seasoned and delicious. Serve with the veggies spooning some of the gravy over all.
It doesn't brown but you could open the foil for the last 15 minutes which I think will suffice to brown.
