Turkey Breast, Foil Baked (M, KLP, TNT)
Source: Self
Serves: Depends on size of turkey breast about 10 to 14

1 package chicken flavored bouillon (sodium free or low sodium), use the whole package
2 tbsp. sage
4 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. lemon-thyme-basil spice blend
2 tbsp. thyme

1 zucchini
4 large carrots
1 large onion
4 ribs celery
About 10 red potatoes or 1 large can of whole potatoes

1 turkey breast (the one I used was about 5 lbs.)
1 can of low sodium mushroom soup

Blend all seasonings together in small bowl.

Cut up in 4-quart Pyrex baking dish all vegetables.

Line roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil (the wide kind) allowing enough to fold over to make a cover.

Put the veggies and the turkey breast in the pan. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the veggies and the turkey breast. Pour can of mushroom soup over the veggies and turkey. Seal the pan with the foil.

Bake 350°F for 2 hours 10 minutes.

The turkey comes out moist, seasoned and delicious. Serve with the veggies spooning some of the gravy over all.

It doesn't brown but you could open the foil for the last 15 minutes which I think will suffice to brown.

Poster's Notes:
I have finally found (for me) the perfect way to make a turkey.
