Turkey Breast, Crumb Crust (M, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of breast
One turkey breast cut into two pieces, i.e., two halves
Wash the breasts well and dry them. Cover in thick layer of mayo on both sides.
Roll in the crumbs thickly and bake in a oven of 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
I usually leave mine in the oven until we eat on Friday night. The mayo keeps it from drying out and the crumbs give it a great taste.

Very well seasoned crumbs (here in Israel they are called schnitzel crumbs) in a transparent plastic bag
Even those who are not mad about turkey enjoy this and it is easy.
