Potato Stuffing I (P, TNT)

Serves: 6

4 oz. sliced mushrooms
4 large potatoes, coarsely grated
1 finely diced onion, sautéed in a little oil
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon flour (heaped) OR 3 tablespoons matzo meal
1 egg lightly beaten
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Combine all ingredients for stuffing.
