2 jars mushrooms (I used fresh about 2 cups)
In very large skillet, sauté onions and parley until tender.
In large bowl, toss bread cubes with dry seasonings. Add mushroom and onion mixture.
Combine eggs and broth, add to bread mixture and toss. Transfer to slow cooker or crockpot, cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
