1 chicken leg quarter, halved
Put chicken with skin in pan and sauté with onions and mushrooms. Add a little water to get it started. Add seasoning mix, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cover and let stew under medium flame. Midway through, add barbecue sauce to the chicken and turn it. Add more water, if needed, so it doesn't burn.
Cut sweet potato open, put it in the pan with broccoli and spoon over the gravy and onions. Then let it all simmer in the pan. Of course, remove the skin when done.

I just made myself the most delicious dinner in a Amaral by T-Fal 9"-2 qt. covered sauteuse. It has a glass cover. It was delicious and a meal!! It can also be made using several pieces of chicken.
