Chicken Curry III (M, TNT)

Serves: 8

8 chicken breasts, skinless/boneless
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. mustard powder
1 small garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1/2-1 tsp. salt
freshly cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9"X13" glass pan.

Put chicken in dish. Add next 8 ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake 10 minutes. Uncover and baste with sauce. Bake uncovered, basting occasionally, until chicken is opaque and juices run clear when pierced, about 15 minutes.

Serve over rice.
