2 4-lb. chickens in pieces (I used chicken breasts, skinned, boned but folded as they come in the package
Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Brush chickens with mixture. Roast at 375°F. for 1 hour.
Add tomatoes and margarine to pan drippings. Reduce heat to 325°F. Roast another hour, basting frequently.

I placed all the ingredients except the margarine in a 9"x13" lasagna type baking pan and marinated refrigerated for about 2 hours. Then I baked for about 45 minutes basting every 10 minutes. Then I added the margarine which melted immediately.
