Chicken Pilaf w/Mushrooms (M, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

1 package chicken-flavored rice-vermicelli mix
1 whole chicken, or whatever pieces you would like
2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
Bunch of green onions, cut up
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 can chicken broth

Brown the rice mix on the stove. When it is starting to turn brown put it in a Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients. Season the chicken with a little salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and paprika. Put it in the pot.

Cover and bake at 350°F until the liquid is absorbed.
