Chicken Salad, Macadamia (M, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

4 cups. cooked cubed chicken
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup Macadamia nuts, halved or cut in quarters
1/2 cup. thinly sliced celery
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 cup mayonnaise

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

Combine ginger and mayonnaise, mixing well. Add just enough mayonnaise to moisten. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Can substitute cashews or pecan halves.
