1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks, undrained
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
In large skillet heat oil. Add pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add green beans, chicken, sweet and sour sauce, red pepper, pineapple, and reserved juice.
Stir fry for 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
