Chicken Rice Casserole (M, TNT)

Yield: 1 9"x13" pan or casserole dish

1 chicken, boiled and diced
1 cup rice, cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup broccoli or asparagus, chopped
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste

Combine all ingredients and put into a sprayed 9"x13" pan or casserole dish. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F degrees.

Poster's Notes:
Recipe calls for 1 whole chicken, but this is just an approximate amount.

Also the seasoning can vary according to your taste. My friend uses curry powder with success.

For the mayonnaise, light is okay.
