10 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Drain thawed tenderloins. Spray both sides evenly with cooking spray, just enough to coat. Season top side of each tenderloin evenly with kosher salt and sprinkle to coat with dried oregano.
Place in oven on foil-lined thin baking pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Serve 2 per person.
